Originally formed in 2015, AP went through a long, hard road of lineup changes and life events that caused a lot of pitfalls in our early development, but we used these challenges as motivation to build something meaningful with our debut Album in 2020 - a socially aware brand of hard rock mixed with goth & metal influences.

In the years preceding our debut album AP gigged extensively around Sydney AUS, honing our sound, developing our songs & polishing our LIVE presentation leading up to our biggest gig to date supporting Reckless Love & Crosson @ The Crowbar Sydney for which we received many plaudits.

LIVE playing very much informed the feel of the album - the release of which resulted in us receiving heavy rotation on Independent radio & some cracking reviews (plus 1 or 2 negative ones too) - you can't please everyone!

Unfortunately, the release of our debut album coincided with COVID, which put a hold on things gig wise, so we took the opportunity to stretch ourselves musically & cover some of our favourite songs on TikTok/Youtube instead.

We used the time since to reflect on the first album and start writing/recording a meaningful follow up that we hope listeners will really connect with. The new album 'Was it meant to be this way?' is scheduled for Oct 6th 2023 - containing more of the AP hard rock sound with a more uptempo feel, audio pyrotechnics & the occasional commercial leaning :)

Our Latest Album 'Was it meant to be this way?’ was released Digitally on Oct 6th 2023, containing more of the AP Alt/Hard rock sound, & includes 3 tracks 'After the Sun', 'Bang Bang' & 'SuperHero' that all made it into the Australian AMRAP METRO Top10 Single Charts. The CD was subsequently released on 23rd Feb 2024.
